Role of the Transitional Pastor is to serve as the lead pastor while the church goes through the pastor search process. Pastor Jackson has served in pastoral ministry more then 40 years and is a certifed Transitional Pastor through the Baptist State Convention of North Carolina. He and his wife have been married 52 years with 3 daughters and 6 grand children.

Matt was born and raised in Troutman NC. He even attended TBC as a youth until his calling into ministry. After years of service in other ministries, God called Matt back to TBC to serve children and families. His wife Anna and three sons Willy, Malachi, and Camden are excited to come along and serve the church together!

Michele has a passion for music and seeing others participate in the experience of worship. She has a great gift in leading others in song and hymn. Michele has served TBC for long time and calls it her home.

Originally from Lenoir, I spent most of my life there until moving to Mooresville in 2012 when I got married. My husband and I moved to Statesville in 2015. We have two beautiful girls together.
